Responsibilities The Receptionist greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Assists or directs patients/family members or visitors to appropriate area based on needs. Provides clerical support to management team as needed. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information. Full Time / Part Time Shifts available
Requirements:
- Required to be at least 21 years of age
- Required to have a High School Diploma or GED Certification
- Successfully complete a drug test

Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 206-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, gym, outdoor courtyard and playground.

One (1) to two (2) years of clerical/administrative office experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
Basic computer skills, required
