The ideal candidate for our Receptionist position will be very personable and have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and a strong work ethic. When people walk into our office, we want them to be greeted by someone with a friendly, smiling face and a positive "can-do" attitude. Responsibilities and Purpose Greet visitors, employees and residents by graciously welcoming and assisting them—both in person and on the phone. Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct department, always being friendly and professional. Perform a variety of clerical and customer service tasks as assigned. Requirements Reliable attendance, including the ability to consistently arrive on time and maintain a dependable work schedule. Customer service skills, such as excellent verbal and written communication. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Some vocational or college training preferred.
