Family Animal Medicine is a privately owned animal hospital in Owasso, OK, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We pride ourselves on creating a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive environment where both our patients and clients are always the top priority. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated receptionist to join our team!
What We're Looking For:
We are in search of a professional and energetic full-time receptionist, especially someone with experience in the veterinary field. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, multitasking environment. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations, we'd love to meet you! While prior experience with Avimark software is a plus, it is not required.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly, and compassionate demeanor. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client questions and requests. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including checking in patients, managing paperwork, answering phones, making calls for the doctors, organizing upcoming appointments and checking pet medical records. Ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations by managing client flow and providing assistance where needed. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist, CSR, or front desk staff is preferred. Must love animals and enjoy interacting with pets, including dogs and cats. Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive disposition. Must be available 6:45am to 7:00pm
