The Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors/Guest in a professional and friendly manner Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction. Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded. Provide guests with information about the motel and local area Answer inquiries regarding motel services, facilities, and other information. Process guest check-ins and check-outs. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area. Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies. Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, to the hotel management team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficient in using office equipment such as iPad, printers, and scanners Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Friendly and professional demeanor
