Our starting pay is $18.00 per hour We are seeking an Office Assistant that is diligent, coachable and is a highly motivated individual who believes that they have what it takes to help manage a team of professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Required to communicate with homeowners, contractor, and employees in a professional manner that is courteous and meets the standard that is expected. Assist with the daily operations of: You will be answering calls, scheduling jobs and addressing customer concerns and questions. Helping with all paperwork during the week, filing, scanning and inputting into Excel spread sheet. You will also be responding to social media postings, Google reviews and responding to emails. We do Invoicing, collections, and take payments over the phone. Must be comfortable speaking on the phones. Basic computer skills and ability to use a cell phone are needed. Being able to multitask is a must for this position.
