Weekdays:

8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Weekends:

8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Consistent PRN coverage 3-4 times weekly On-call availability preferred for 24/7 support

Responsibilities:

Deliver general inpatient pharmacy services Verify medication orders with accuracy and efficiency Provide oversight and support to pharmacy technicians Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff Offer clinical support tailored to patient needs

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Pharmacist license in good standing Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Flexibility to accommodate PRN scheduling and on-call duties Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Team Environment:

Work alongside a skilled team of 2 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians managing a patient census of approximately 40 with high acuity, utilizing WellSky systems and Pyxis automation to optimize pharmaceutical care.
