Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

PM Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/check out hotel guests Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Manage reservations and room assignments Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Family owned and operated for four generations, Sunset Oceanfront Lodging is beautifully situated on high ground overlooking a sandy beach, majestic sea stacks, and the Pacific Ocean. We offer beach access and a variety of accommodations; large and small, modern and rustic. Units West of Beach Loop Drive are considered \Oceanfront;\ units to the East are considered \Ocean View\ or \Economy.\ Most of our units have private ocean-viewing decks or patios.
