Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with ROI Financial Advisors, candidates oversee routine and advanced duties for other off staff and advisors. Administrative Assistants work closely with administrators and other employees to organize files, create correspondence, schedule meetings, answer phones, greet office visitors, and prepare necessary reports, forms, scans, or documents. Administrative assistants may also be responsible for helping to plan events and managing their supervisors' schedules. Administrative Assistant/Receptionist job duties include:
Greet clients and offer warm reception Schedule, coordinate and confirm client meetings Communicate with clients over the phone and email Collaborate with team in preparation of client meetings Prepare meeting folders. Update internal systems with client data Initiate quarterly service contacts with clients Utilize scanner to save client documents and related files Administrative Assistant/Receptionist education and training requirements:
REQUIRED
(Minimum Qualifications) High Schol Diploma, GED, Some College. 2+ years of experience in administrative related work positions. 2+ years of experience in customer service and client face to face related work positions. Experience working with a professional office and supporting staff. Superior verbal and written communication skills. A very high attention to detail and accuracy with all work. Willingness and ability to adapt to changing priorities as the company grows. Demonstrated high level of self-motivation to drive effectiveness and efficiency. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Reliable transportation Other duties as assigned
PREFERED
Administrative experience 2-3 years Excellent Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.) CRM (Client Relationship Management) software experience Salesforce or other CRM experience
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Working Conditions:
Will work from a local office. Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Portland, or Clackamas. Expanding quickly into new locations
