Beaverton, OR About Us Beaverton Kids Pediatric Dentistry opened our doors in December 2025 and we've been growing steadily busier every month since. We're a brand-new practice built around a simple idea: kids deserve a dental experience that's warm, fun, and stress-free. As we grow, we're looking for the right person to grow with us and help shape what our front office becomes. We're hiring with full-time growth in mind: the person we bring on now is who we intend to grow with into that full-time role. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing practice on the ground floor and grow into a bigger role as we expand — including future potential to step into a lead/office manager position. What You'll Do As the first face our patients and parents see, you'll set the tone for every visit.
Responsibilities include:

Why Join Us Guaranteed growth path — this is a part-time-to-full-time hire; we're looking for someone to build with us long-term Be part of a growing practice from its earliest days, with real opportunity to grow alongside it, including future potential to step into a lead/office manager role Consistent, reliable weekly schedule Friendly, supportive, kid-focused work environment As we grow, we plan to introduce an IRA, health insurance, and competitive
