Responsibilities Greet visitors promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them appropriately. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls accurately, and handle messages efficiently. Maintain a professional front desk area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools to update records and manage schedules. Handle calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail. Assist with office management duties including filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Support client communication efforts by providing timely information and follow-up as needed. Utilize computer literacy skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure smooth office operations. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other administrative documentation. Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and visitors effectively. Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheet management, proofreading, and general office management tasks. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with office management or personal assistant roles that involved calendar coordination and client communication is advantageous.
