Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Clerk and Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing office tasks. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining a professional front desk presence Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls accurately and efficiently Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with precision and confidentiality Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing documents using Word processing software, and proofreading materials for accuracy Provide general clerical support including data entry, typing reports, maintaining records, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Prior clerical experience in a busy office environment is preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Strong phone reception skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are advantageous Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents shine!
