Reuter Corbett LLP, is a boutique law firm focusing on probate and trust litigation across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Hillsboro office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and wants to grow within a professional legal environment. We're looking for someone with a warm, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep a busy front office running smoothly. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Experience in a law firm or professional office setting (preferred) Familiarity with scheduling software and multi-line phone systems (preferred) Ability to process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Ability to run errands as needed (court drop-offs, supply runs, etc.) Handle personal errands for Partners, as needed Reliable transportation required We offer competitive compensation and benefits including employer-paid health coverage, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time, in-office position.
