Type:

full-time Aspire Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team!



Our front office team plays an incredibly important role in the experience our patients have at Aspire. Youll often be the first person a patient speaks with and the first face they see when they walk through our doors. Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and professionally, and can keep things moving in a busy healthcare environment while making patients feel welcomed and cared for.



We are ideally looking for someone interested in a full-time, long-term position with Aspire. However, we are open to the right candidate who is looking for part-time hours or who would like to begin part-time and transition into a full-time role.



What Youll DoAs a Front Office Receptionist, youll help keep our clinic running smoothly while creating a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking patients in and outAnswering incoming phone calls and communicating confidently with patientsScheduling and rescheduling appointmentsResponding to voicemails and assisting with referral-related calls and tasksCollecting copays, coinsurance, deductibles, outstanding balances, and other patient paymentsCommunicating insurance benefit information to patients; after appropriate trainingHelping patients understand scheduling and basic billing/insurance questionsManaging multiple tasks throughout the dayCompleting administrative tasks accurately and efficientlyHelping maintain an organized, welcoming front office environment and positive attitudeThis position requires frequent multitasking and task-switching. For example, you may be returning referral calls or working on prepping the next days schedule when a patient arrives and needs to be checked in, the phone rings, or someone needs help scheduling. You need to be comfortable pausing one task, addressing the immediate need, and then returning to complete what you were working on.

Attitude, communication skills, reliability, organization, and willingness to learn are especially important to us.
