Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, ensuring a professional first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for attorneys and staff with precision and timeliness Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document proofreading, and word processing using Microsoft Office tools Assist with general office duties including mail distribution, copying, scanning, and maintaining a tidy front desk area Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone while demonstrating strong communication skills in bilingual settings if applicable Experience Previous office management or front desk experience in a professional environment is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone reception techniques Clerical experience involving filing, typing, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Notary preferred or plan on training to become a notary.
