Job Description
Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent communication and administrative support. This role requires strong computer literacy, office experience, and the ability to handle client and phone communication efficiently. Ideally, candidates with experience in clinical settings will be preferred, as familiarity with healthcare environments is advantageous. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing exceptional customer service Handle client communication effectively, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly Maintain organized reception area and manage scheduling or appointment bookings as needed Perform general administrative tasks using computer software, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence Assist with office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning Support clinical staff with administrative duties when required Requirements Proven experience in an office or reception role Strong computer literacy with proficiency in common office software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and phone interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working within a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and excellent communication are valued.
