This is a client-facing , fast-paced , and high-responsibility position that combines administrative support, project coordination, and hands-on accounting tasks. This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
This role will involve:
Working closely with CPAs and support staff Managing administrative tasks and assisting with front desk responsibilities Taking ownership of project timelines and priorities Key Responsibilities Assist with general office duties, phones, and emails Provide exceptional customer service by serving as a main point of contact for clients Support CPAs with administrative needs, document management, and scheduling Coordinate internal deadlines and assist with project and task management Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills ; able to work well with clients and team members Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure, multitasking environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable with fast-paced workloads and shifting priorities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus Excellent computer and typing skills Why Work Here?
