Job Description

Looking for a front desk associate bilingual in Spanish and English, to assist our client until mid-September. In this position, you would bring your positive customer service skills as you assist the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks and help people with employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing quality customer service as you greet and assist people in the office.
  • Assisting people seeking employment opportunities with the company.
  • Helping with hiring and onboarding activities, such as application completion, orientations, applicant tracking and data entry.
  • Administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, translating documents, and typing. Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Must have driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel to various farm locations may be required (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • 1 year of customer service or reception experience.
  • Proficient is MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be reliable and team-oriented with critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain professional and assertive when corresponding with customers.

    Hours:
    Approx 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
      Pay Rate:
      $18-$22/hr DOE
        Position Type:

        $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
