Front Desk Receptionist - Tu Tu' Tun Lodge Gold Beach, OR | Full-Time or Seasonal | Hourly Tu Tu' Tun Lodge—recently named one of Esquire's Best New Hotels in the World (2025) and one of Travel + Leisure's Top Resorts in the Western U.S. —is a luxury retreat nestled on the banks of the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. We are seeking a warm, organized, and guest-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team for the upcoming season. Position Overview As the first point of contact for arriving guests, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This position handles reservations, check-in and check-out , guest communications, concierge support, and daily front desk organization. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently Handle phone and email inquiries regarding reservations, availability, and lodge amenities Coordinate spa, activity, and restaurant reservations Provide thoughtful concierge services , including local recommendations and coordinating guest experiences Maintain and restock front desk materials each morning, including: Spa menus (printed and displayed) Property maps Current activity & offerings guide Dinner and bar menus List of local recommendations Kayak and paddleboard waivers Communicate clearly with housekeeping, kitchen, and leadership teams to ensure guest needs are met Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk area Ideal Candidate Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with phones, email, and booking systems Friendly, composed, and guest-focused under pressure Organized with strong attention to detail A true team player with a proactive, helpful mindset Compensation & Perks Hourly pay based on experience (competitive range) Work in one of the most beautiful and highly rated properties in the Pacific Northwest Supportive and professional team environment with room for growth About Tu Tu' Tun Lodge Tu Tu' Tun Lodge is an award-winning, nature-immersive destination known for exceptional hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and a deep connection to its Oregon coast surroundings.
