Receptionist/Office Assistant

Taking application now! ABB Stoves Hearth & Home is currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service person capable of performing a wide variety of tasks. Primary Job Duties include, but not limited to: Assist in moving heavy objects such as Pellets, stoves, fireplaces, Ductless units, etc. ( always with assistance ) Must be able to lift 40Ibs In-store sales of stoves and fireplaces, explain products Research products information in manuals and on the internet Promote in-store products Generate invoices/forms and collect payment Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone. Maintaining store appearance as well as workspace and company vehicles if needed, Normal Clerical/office duties. Such as (filing, obtaining forms, writing letters, answer phone, etc.) Assist at the Oregon state fair or trade shows when available , Load customers cars with 40-pound bags of Pellets. Our ideal candidate is a person that is enthusiastic, polite, level-headed in stressful situations, honest and is willing to work hard to find answers to difficult questions. We do provide training to those who do not have experience with stoves or fireplaces, those who have current/past stove or fireplace experience are encouraged to apply. Must be able to work Saturday's. Position starts off Monday thru Friday during training, after training schedule will change to Tuesday thru Sat.

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
