Job Description
Overview We're looking for an organized and reliable seasonal administrative assistant to manage daily office tasks and support our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills, ready to handle multiple tasks efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members. This position offers a great opportunity to build your office management skills. Duties Greet clients and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and direct them as needed. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized office files and records. Assist with clerical duties Experience Prior office or administrative support experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong English communication skills and being bilingual are a big plus.
