We are seeking dependable, professional, and caring Front Desk Receptionists to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are an important part of our residents' daily experience and often the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents. Our Front Desk team helps create a safe, welcoming, respectful, and well-maintained environment for everyone who enters our community. This position requires excellent customer service, patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established company policies and procedures. We are currently hiring for two shifts:
Evening Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:15 PM (Currently Hiring for) NOC /
Graveyard Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:15 AM (Encouraged to Apply)

Applicants must be able to:
Walk throughout the facility and go up and down stairs. Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed. Complete required cleaning and physical tasks. Remain patient, respectful, and professional when assisting residents. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergency situations. Work independently and complete assigned duties without constant supervision. Evening Shift Responsibilities 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM From approximately 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM , the Evening Front Desk Receptionist works during one of the busier periods of the day. Residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and others may be coming and going throughout the community. During this time, responsibilities include: Greeting residents, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally. Answering incoming and internal telephone calls. Assisting residents and guests with questions and requests. Monitoring the front entrance and lobby. Providing clerical and administrative assistance as assigned. Responding appropriately to resident emergency calls. Recording important information in the 24-hour report log . Assisting with transportation coordination, inquiries, resident services, and other Front Desk responsibilities. Maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk area. Preparing any packages left over to be delivered to rooms of residents and if not resident does not answer leave our note letting them know to see the front desk in the morning. Evening Cleaning Responsibilities After approximately 6:00 PM , the focus of the Evening Shift transitions toward preparing common areas for the following day. The Evening Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for helping ensure the dining areas, lobby, and entrance are clean, organized, and presentable .
This includes:
Setting and preparing the dining room as assigned. Cleaning and organizing the main dining hall . Cleaning and preparing the private dining room . Dusting appropriate surfaces. Vacuuming dining areas and common areas. Mopping floors as needed. Cleaning and maintaining the lobby and entryway. Ensuring the Front Desk and surrounding areas remain neat and professional. Completing all assigned Evening Shift cleaning and closing duties. The goal is to leave these areas clean, welcoming, and ready for residents and guests the following morning. NOC / Graveyard Shift Responsibilities 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM The NOC Shift is primarily responsible for cleaning the facility while also monitoring resident safety and security throughout the night. Because most residents are in their rooms and there is significantly less activity throughout the building overnight, the NOC employee must be especially observant, attentive, and aware of their surroundings . Resident Safety Rounds Safety rounds are performed every two hours throughout the NOC shift. During rounds, the NOC employee must: Walk designated areas of the facility. Monitor the building for safety or security concerns. Remain alert to unusual sounds, activity, or situations. Listen and remain aware when passing resident rooms for signs that a resident may need assistance. Respond appropriately to resident emergency calls. Report and document concerns according to company procedures. Record pertinent information in the 24-hour report log . Although residents generally are not out and about during the NOC shift, resident safety remains a priority throughout the entire night . Employees must remain attentive while respecting residents' privacy and dignity. NOC Cleaning Responsibilities Between required safety rounds and resident needs, the NOC employee is expected to complete the cleaning duties and other tasks assigned specifically to the NOC shift .
Cleaning responsibilities may include:
Cleaning designated common areas. Dusting surfaces and furniture. Vacuuming and mopping floors. Cleaning and organizing assigned rooms or work areas. Maintaining clean and presentable entrances, hallways, and common spaces. Completing assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks. Preparing designated areas for the following day. Completing other NOC duties according to the shift checklist and management direction. The successful NOC employee must be able to balance cleaning responsibilities with resident safety monitoring . Safety rounds, emergency calls, and resident needs must always receive appropriate attention. General Front Desk Responsibilities All Front Desk employees are expected to: Read, understand, and follow the position description, Statement of Service Standards, facility policies, and company procedures. Follow departmental and facility safety requirements. Understand basic fire and emergency procedures and participate appropriately in drills or emergency situations. Follow applicable OSHA requirements and safety procedures. Arrive on time and prepared to perform all assigned duties. Treat residents and guests with respect, patience, dignity, and professionalism . Answer telephone calls professionally and pleasantly. Assist with resident transportation scheduling for appointments, shopping, banking, and activities as assigned. Answer inquiries accurately when Marketing personnel are unavailable. Assist with tours and obtain appropriate prospective-resident information when trained and assigned. Maintain Front Desk manuals, files, records, and other required documentation. Collect payments and issue receipts for rent, dining room meals, stamps, and other approved charges. Balance money and charges and complete required daily documentation. Provide clerical support to Administration and department heads. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll documentation, resident and employee files, supplies, forms, and bank deposits as assigned. Keep the Front Desk and assigned work areas clean and organized. Assist Marketing with mailings and other administrative projects. Attend required departmental and facility meetings. Welcome new residents and assist with their move-in and orientation process. Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents. Prepare menus, notices, and other documents as requested by management. Complete shift-specific checklists and assigned duties before the end of each shift. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Previous receptionist, customer service, senior living, hospitality, office, or related experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
