Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable first impressions for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for a positive guest experience, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Whether handling reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will be vital to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times to promote a welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices is essential. Experience in night audit procedures or hotel management roles will be considered a strong asset. A background in guest relations and hospitality management will help you excel in creating memorable guest experiences. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour
