Position Overview The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role manages front-desk operations while providing administrative and client-service support to advisors and team members. Success requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and answer, screen, and direct calls professionally.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, meeting coordination, and front-desk activities.
- Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and tactfully.
- Support advisors and team members with correspondence, documentation, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
- Keep reception and meeting areas organized and monitor office supplies.
- Prioritize daily responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed.
- ________________________________________Qualifications Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous reception, customer service, call-handling, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, calendars, CRM software, and general office systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services or Redtail CRM experience and multilingual abilities are a plus.
