Spa Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxurious spa. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression Manage appointment bookings using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, scheduling appointments and answering questions Assist with product demos, merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area Upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales Process transactions accurately through cash handling and retail sales procedures Support supervising staff with daily operations, including inventory management and ensuring smooth workflow Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or service setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and handling transactions confidently Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management is preferred Join us as a Spa Receptionist where your positive energy will help create memorable experiences for every guest.
