My Function First Alternative Health Solutions My Function First Alternative Health Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is an evening position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a health-focused environment.
About Us:
We specialize in Functional Natural Medicine (FNM), focusing on educating patients about natural healthcare solutions. Our team creates personalized plans tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and unique medical conditions while staying current with evolving medical techniques and technology.
Schedule:
Typical hours: 1:45 PM - 7:00 PM Rotating Friday shifts: 8:45 AM - 4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Give excellent customer service to each patient you interact with Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling Schedule appointments in our scheduler Manage and complete reminders in our system Accurately create and maintain daily sheets (day sheets) Enter and verify patient payments in our system Apply payments to claims and perform routine write-offs Process product transactions and assist with various payment types Interpret details in charts accurately Prepare product shipments as needed Track inventory and update records Create lab requisitions when necessary Scan, upload, and email documents Edit fee slips when needed Perform end-of-shift accuracy checks and reporting Balance drawer deposits and resolve discrepancies Submit daily reports to appropriate staff Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Customer service or reception experience preferred (not required) Interest in or willingness to learn about functional medicine
