Responsibilities:
Accurately draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence for attorney review. Safely organize, track, and maintain physical and digital case files to keep our practice flowing smoothly. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all filings comply with local, state, and federal court rules every time. Manage court calendars, monitor strict deadlines, and coordinate schedules in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Professionally conduct initial client intakes, schedule interviews, and act as a reliable point of contact.

You are a seasoned professional with previous experience working as a paralegal in a fast-paced law firm or corporate legal department. You spot typos, formatting errors, and scheduling conflicts easily, and you care about getting the filing right the first time.
