Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a Part-Time Automotive BDC/Receptionist to manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional administrative support. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring efficient communication within the dealership.

Responsibilities:

•Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages with professionalism and courtesy. Manage and schedule service appointments, test drives, and other customer interactions using dealership software. Respond to online inquiries (email, chat) from prospective and existing customers in a timely and informative manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with data entry and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and distributing mail. Handle customer questions and concerns, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary. Process basic financial transactions, such as collecting payments or processing paperwork, as needed. Support the BDC (Business Development Center) team with outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and special promotions.

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within an automotive dealership BDC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software (DMS) or CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability for part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
