Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Receptionist / Concierge in Cranberry Township, PA . Shift:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM- Weekly paycheck
Pay:
$15.00/hour- Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, customers, contractors, and employees while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Manage visitor check-in/check-out processes using the ENVOY visitor management system and issue visitor badges.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, coordinate meeting room schedules, and support customer visits and events.
- Provide administrative and office support including mail distribution, office supply ordering, badge assistance, and facility requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area while supporting daily office operations.
- Assist with emergency communication procedures, special projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
