Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Maintain an organized and productive doctor and hygiene schedule Confirm appointments and fill cancellations or no-shows Coordinate treatment scheduling with the clinical team Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software Prepare for daily morning huddles Support office production, scheduling, and patient retention goals Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required Benefits Employer-paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Employee dental discount Additional voluntary insurance options (Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and FSA) Position Details Full-time 8-hour shifts Work in either our Danville or Northumberland office In-office position (not remote) Benefits available after a 90-day waiting period for full-time employees If you're passionate about creating a positive patient experience and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
