Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services of Chester County is seeking a full-time Administrative Office Assistant - Front Desk Coordinator. We are a highly rated non-medical in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years working as an office administrative assistant required.
- Strong hospitality skills with a clear understanding of the importance of sincere, helpful customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of non-medical in-home care services is a plus but not required. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and callers with a level of hospitality that creates a welcoming and pleasant environment.
- Answer phone calls and monitor the functional operation of a multi-line phone system.
- Participate in Zoom and Microsoft Teams training and informational webinars.
- Coordinate with corporate home office regarding company website, social media, and marketing.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, stocking office supplies, maintaining client records.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors regarding the agency's services and policies.
