Team:
Answering, transferring, and screening a high volume of daily phone calls. Assisting the recruitment team with job postings, resume review, scheduling and other duties as assigned. Coordinating all accounting operational functions (A/R, A/P, and General Accounting). Operation of a company electronic switchboard. Greets and directs visitors at the front desk. Provides excellent customer service to employees and visitors. Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and kitchen area. Ordering office and kitchen restock as needed. Advises visitors of relevant policies and procedures. Prevents the entry of unauthorized personnel. Scheduling shipping for real estate leasing and aggregate samples. Data entry through M.S. Excel. Audit of purchasing tickets. Recording of "Samsara" safety results. Assistance with scanning of human resource documents and applications. Report preparation of company hiring events and statistics.
Qualifications Required:
Valid Driver's License High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Ability to work 8:30am.-5pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays during company event days. Experience/exposure to excellent customer service and reception duties. Must be personable, polite, dependable, and able to effectively communicate and establish positive relations with the general public and all levels of employees. Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills. Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Physical Demands In a typical work setting, people in this job: Lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds on occasion. Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects Stand for long periods of time. Kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or crawl. Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
