Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, design-oriented employee with a great eye and a open mind.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Handle customer inquiries
• Light clerical work/billing
• Checking in with customers after product delivery/installation

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality-Design background/good eye for aesthetics
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
• Previous experience in design or design-adjacent job
• An eye or interest in design/home decoration
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexible availability, including afternoons and some
