This role is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations by professionally handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting office administration. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily job schedules Collect and record customer information in company systems Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, products, and availability Follow up with customers to confirm appointments Maintain organized digital and physical records Provide general administrative support as needed Other tasks as asked by owner/manager Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, data entry) Dependable and punctual Work Environment In-office position Monday-Friday schedule Flexible hours within a 6-8 hour daily shift What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly with customers, and helps keep operations running efficiently. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience from the first phone call to job completion.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
