Shop Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

Shop Assistant Duties:

Support grooming and bathing staff throughout the day Perform general upkeep of the shop, including laundry Clean and maintain work areas (sweeping, mopping, wiping cages, etc.) Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pets and staff

Front Desk Duties:

Answer phones and respond to emails Schedule appointments and manage the calendar Check dogs in and out for appointments Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
