Job Description
We have one job opportunity within the Domestic Relations Department. This individuals will fill the role of department support, whose responsibilities include greeting and screening customers at the window and referring customers to the appropriate person; answering phones and e-mailing messages; handling daily mailings; complete copying, filing, and faxing; accept and log payments as well as print payment histories; type weekly schedules; and assist with changes of address and processing of petitions, continuances, and requests for counsel. Requirements Qualified candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED; have some experience working in an office setting and using the computer; strong customer service orientation; effective interpersonal relations and communications skills; courteous, patient, and professional demeanor; experience maintaining confidential information; computer literacy; demonstrated experience working in an environment with frequent interruptions; and experience setting schedules and meeting deadlines.
