Description Our client, a respected accounting firm, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to support their office during a particularly busy season. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience while providing administrative support to the office team. Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and polished demeanor
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
Perform light typing and data entry tasks
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties, including:
Filing documents
Photocopying and scanning
Organizing records and office materials
Support staff with additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
Previous reception, front desk, or administrative assistant experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic office software and equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check
