Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and organized temporary Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers for our client's office in Lancaster, PA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-organized front-office experience while keeping daily administrative activities running smoothly. The role combines customer-facing support with clerical coordination and offers the opportunity to assist multiple teams across the office.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and direct them appropriately while ensuring a welcoming and positive front-desk experience.
  • Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route messages accurately, and respond to routine inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries while keeping distribution organized and efficient.
  • Keep the reception and common front-office areas neat, orderly, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
  • Arrange appointments and reserve meeting spaces based on scheduling needs and office priorities.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative work such as filing records, entering data, photocopying materials, and scanning documents.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and provide assistance with general office projects as assigned.
  • Offer administrative support to different departments to help maintain smooth daily operations.
