Job Description

POSITION
District Receptionist (245 calendar day - 7.5hrs day)
JOB GOAL
: Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks, while maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Knowledgeable in office operations and extremely organized. Self-directed initiative, resourceful and anticipates duties. Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Socially poised, pleasant and responsive. The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and FBI clearance. Bilingual preferred.
