Duties Greeting and assisting patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in Managing cancellations and helping keep the schedule full Insurance verification and prior authorizations Scanning and organizing patient documents Communicating with patients and healthcare providers Helping keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Important Key Skills Required Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Dependable attendance and punctuality Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Value Most Reliability.
