Job Description
Job Summary Mooney Law, is seeking a part time receptionist/clerical support individual for our Lemoyne office. The hours would be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (22 to 25 hours per week.) Rate of pay ranges from $18-20 per hour. Clerical experience preferred. Position would handle front desk duties, assist paralegals in opening and closing files, and other clerical support assigned. Duties Greet visitors/clients and direct them appropriately, providing excellent customer service at the front desk Answer phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to assist callers effectively Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Assist with taking new calls, setting up potential clients, and scheduling appointments Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff, attorneys, or clients Support paralegal staff with tasks such as preparing documents, proofreading materials, opening and closing files, sending out correspondence, and maintaining files Provide administrative support including data entry, word processing, typing, and basic clerical support as needed Qualifications Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Bilingual abilities are perferable to serve diverse clients effectively Strong phone answering skills with knowledge of phone etiquette Demonstrated customer service experience with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in front desk or personal assistant roles is a plus
