Job Description
Job Overview Lititz Moravian Congregation is a welcoming, historic faith community located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Our church office is the hub of our daily ministry operations, serving staff, congregation members, and the broader community. We are looking for a warm, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our team. Duties Greet visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately as the first point of contact at the church. Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Provide administrative support to Pastors, office manager and other church staff as directed. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately. Maintain and update church member records in Software Program. Assist in scheduling church events calendar and meetings. Assist with composition, printing and/or distribution of weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter. Assist in preparing special event bulletins with communication between Pastors and families. Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting general administrative functions to enhance productivity. Experience with Canva preferred (willing to train). Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
