Position Overview Smash Point Pickleball is looking for an exceptional, people-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is not a position for someone who simply wants to sit behind a desk and complete a checklist. We are looking for a go-getter: someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, solves problems, and looks for opportunities to make the club experience even better. The right person will be kind, caring, energetic, dependable, resourceful, and genuinely excited to connect with our members and guests. You will help create the first impression when someone enters the club and contribute to the energy and culture they experience throughout their visit. What You'll Do Greet every member and guest with warmth, positive energy, and professionalism Help first-time visitors feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to be at Smash Point Answer phone calls, messages, and questions in a friendly and helpful manner Assist members with court reservations, programs, registrations, and account questions Process payments accurately Learn and confidently provide club tours to prospective members Help keep the front desk, lobby, and shared club spaces clean and welcoming Build relationships with members and contribute to a strong sense of community Recognize problems and take initiative to help resolve them Look for opportunities to improve the member and guest experience Support teammates and help wherever needed during each shift Every interaction—whether with a first-time visitor, prospective member, or longtime player—is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. Experience with pickleball or racquet sports is helpful but not required. We can teach the sport and our systems—we are most interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people. Schedule This is a flexible part-time position. Candidates should have some availability for a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. Pay Starting at $15 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
