We are seeking a full time or part time veterinary receptionist to join a dedicated and fun loving team in our safe and nurturing work environment.

Essential Functions:

Professional Communication skills with clients and team High level of Client Service Skills, in the office, on the phone and electronically. Detail Oriented working with medications, scheduling, invoicing, payments and medical records Computer Knowledge as we are a paperless, Cloud based company Veterinary knowledge helpful concerning dogs cats and reproductions services Office maintenance & supplies Work hours and Benefits Full time position with 35 + hours per week, Monday

•possible over time and on call shifts.

Hospital hours are:

8:00 am

•8:00 pm M W 8:00 am
