Receptionist Philadelphia, PA Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | On-site Be the First Point of Contact We're looking for a Receptionist to be one of the first points of contact for visitors, customers, and callers. You'll help manage the front desk, respond to inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support to keep the office organized. This role would suit someone who is professional, approachable, organized, and comfortable communicating with different people throughout the day.
A typical week could involve:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate team member Answering incoming calls and responding to routine inquiries Managing appointments, calendars, and meeting room bookings Receiving and distributing mail, deliveries, and correspondence Maintaining visitor information and basic office records Preparing documents and meeting materials Responding to general email inquiries Supporting routine administrative requests Keeping the reception area and front desk organized Communicating with different teams to help resolve routine requests Monday to Friday You'll work regular weekday hours in an office-based environment, supporting the front desk and wider administrative team. Training will be provided on company systems, procedures, and day-to-day processes. Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, office support, scheduling, or a similar role is useful, but training will be provided. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, pays attention to detail, and can handle routine requests professionally. You should also be comfortable using computers and learning new workplace systems.
