We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at Pickering Manor to be the welcoming face of our facility. Located in Newtown, PA, this role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors alike. This position is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The job duties are as follows: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing resident inquiries. Assist with the coordination of events and activities within the facility. Ensure confidentiality of resident information in accordance with privacy regulations.
