Job Description

The Dental Practice Receptionist position at North East Dental Arts is a multi-faceted role in which both areas require a friendly, self-motivated and team-oriented individual. This position is fast-paced and effective multi-tasking skills are necessary.
Primary Reception Responsibilities:
Scheduling Call Center Check-in/Check-out Customer Service Competencies / Hard Skills Required Proficient in Word and Excel Handle multiple phone lines Computer savvy and a quick learner in regards to computer software. Enjoys working with others Knowledge of Softdent Software is a plus Multi-tasking skills and able to handle interruptions with ease Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required Soft Skills Required Highly developed communication skills - including verbal, written, and body language Desire to learn from others Self-motivated Enthusiastic Adaptable Proactive and forward-thinking Detail-oriented Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills Positive attitude Enjoys working with the public: caring, kind, empathetic
