Job Description

Job Overview Join our veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist. Join a fast-paced and friendly environment. Your job will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, fielding client questions, and billing. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional animal care and ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary practice. If you are detail oriented and a good communicator this job is perfect for you! Duties Answering phone calls Checking clients in and greeting them with a friendly face Filling medications Taking client payments Call backs Relaying client questions Skills Organized Caring Friendly Multi-tasker Willingness to learn Computer skills This position will start off as a receptionist primarily but for the right candidate there is always room to grow if you have interest in helping with the animals.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
