Job Description
Front office coordinator Tranquility WellSPA is an established, premier Day Spa and Medical Spa in Wexford, PA. We are experiencing exciting growth and seeking to hire a Front Office Receptionist to join our team immediately. This position is part time and includes some evenings and some Saturdays. We are looking for a professional, dependable team player to make our high-end clientele feel comfortable, welcome, and happy while providing exceptional service. The SPA Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service Intake new clients, schedule appointments and respond to customer needs. Answer phone calls, emails, and communicate with clients as necessary. Handle the sale of memberships, packages, specials and gift cards as well as maintain a full working knowledge of all products and services offered. Assist with promotional programs and special events.
Assist with office operations:
filing, reporting, etc. Light housekeeping to maintain office appearance. Assist with other clerical duties as necessary.Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills Must be able to multi-task and interact with clients well. Previous experience in retail or spa preferred but not required. Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products: Office, Word, Excel preferred, not required. Previous experience with spa scheduling software preferred but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Desired candidate must be outgoing, positive and professional.Benefits:
