We are a private owned progressive veterinary emergency hospital looking to fill full-time and part-time positions within our Client Services team. We are looking for a candidate who could do day or night shift hours with availability for 12-hour shifts. We are open 24/7, rotating holidays and weekends. Experience in a veterinary hospital preferred but not required. Candidate should possess solid communication skills when dealing with upset/emotional owners, be proficient in completing sales and end of day close-out, be able to handle multiple phone lines, have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a professional and team-oriented mind set. Candidate should have extensive experience in a client service focused job, or veterinary experience. We don't just treat emergencies; we help rewrite the endings.
