Duties Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information Maintain organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and inviting at all times Utilize office management software Assist with appointment scheduling Provide excellent customer service by addressing patiens needs promptly and courteously Support administrative team with various office duties to enhance overall productivity Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong clerical skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and technical skills will make a meaningful impact.
